The George is an historic 14th-century Grade I listed Tudor inn, located in the heart of Norton St. Philip, near Bath.

On the menu, our focus is seasonal, locally sourced produce and exciting takes on pub classics, with a cracking selection of award-winning Butcombe beer behind the bar. We’re also very proud of our Senior Sous Chef Aimie Harley, who was voted Salon Culinaire Pub Chef of the Year 2024.

Outside you can relax and unwind in our beautiful beer garden, with spectacular views across Norton St Philip and the surrounding countryside.
