Our People
Without our amazing teams, we wouldn’t be able to deliver amazing food experiences to our customers – these guys mean a lot to us. We strive to ensure our kitchens are friendly, welcoming and professional spaces for our teams to thrive in and achieve the most from their career, as well as having fun and being creative.
Sensible working hours are a vital factor in ensuring a better work/life balance for our chefs. We work closely with The Burnt Chef Project, driving awareness around mental health in the industry, and do what we can to ensure our teams feel happy, motivated and supported.
We also feel a duty to take action on the skills shortage in our industry, particularly in local rural areas. Chef training is a priority, and working with HIT Training we have developed our own chef academy for Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship accreditation and beyond.
We’re currently recruiting and taking applications internally for next year’s cohort – click on the Careers page to find out more about working with us, and how to apply.
