Small Batch Brew #3 – Adam Henson’s Cotswold Ram

Cotswold Ram is an exciting extension of our collaboration with Adam Henson and brewed in honour of “The Cotswold Lion”. At 5.4% this Extra Pale Ale is a strong and robust golden beer.

British malts create a light biscuity flavour whilst the blend of Target and Celeia hops produce a floral aroma with hints of citrus and cedar.

HOP FACTS

Styrian Goldings hops have an Austrian heritage and have been known to impart white pepper notes into the beer. Target are another homegrown Kent classic hop from Wye College.
