Our food ethos is simple: quality seasonal produce that’s sustainable, traceable and local. We want to know where every ingredient has come from. We want to buy fish from British waters, and support UK farmers and producers. We want to treat ingredients with the respect they deserve and create consistent and innovative menus, offering great value food that exceeds expectation.

- Our kitchens remain humble, always looking to improve where we can and striving to serve the best pub food in our local areas.
