Small Batch Brew #5 – Botanical IPA

Our Botanical IPA is a lightly malted easy drinking IPA with a robust US hop character and subtle fresh and fruity botanical flavours. These have been derived from the long steep of Juniper, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, Coriander and Lemongrass during the fermentation process.
This results in a full bodied IPA with pine, spice and herbal overtones. Perfect as a match with summer salads, lightly spiced dishes and sweet fruit desserts.

HOP FACTS

This beer contains Admiral, Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria and Eureka hops. Mandarina Bavaria is the star of the show imparting tangerine and mandarin orange flavours. Extremely aromatic, it adds strong orange citrus notes against the resinous dank notes of Eureka.
